How do I get a quote for my phone?
Use the quote tool on our homepage. Enter your phone brand, model, storage size, colour, network status, and condition. You will receive an instant valuation based on the current market value.
Can I sell a broken or damaged phone?
Yes. We accept phones with cracked screens, faulty buttons, water damage, battery issues, and other faults. Damaged phones may receive a lower offer, but we will always give you a fair price based on the actual condition.
What brands and models do you buy?
We buy iPhones, Samsung Galaxy devices, Google Pixel phones, Sony Xperia, OnePlus, Huawei, and many other major brands. If you are unsure whether we accept your model, contact our team on 0117 302 1984.
Do I need the original box and accessories?
No. You only need to send the phone itself. Original packaging and accessories are not required, although including them may positively affect your quote.
Postage and Sending
Is postage free?
Yes. We provide a free tracked Royal Mail postage service. You can print a label or use a QR code at your local post office. There are no postage costs to you.
Can I drop off my phone in person?
Yes. You can visit our store at 55 Gloucester Road, Bristol, BS7 8AD. We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. No appointment is necessary.
How should I package my phone?
Wrap your phone securely in bubble wrap or padding to protect it during transit. Use a padded envelope or small box. Remove your SIM card and memory card before posting.
Payment
How long does payment take?
Payment is released on the same day your phone arrives and passes inspection. Most customers receive payment within 24 hours of posting their device.
How will I be paid?
We pay directly to your bank account via bank transfer. There are no hidden fees or deductions.
What if my phone is different from what I described?
If the condition differs from your original description, our team will contact you with a revised offer before processing any payment. You can accept or decline the revised offer.
Data and Security
Is my data secure?
All devices are fully wiped before being reused, refurbished, or recycled. We recommend completing a factory reset before sending your phone to ensure your personal data is removed.
How do I prepare my phone before sending?
