We have your valuation request and sale reference.
Ready for drop-off
Bring the device and reference to either Bristol store when this status is shown.
Inspection
Our team is checking the device against the model, storage, condition, account-lock and ownership details supplied.
Payment
Once the offer is approved, the status moves through payment sent and completed.
