Back up your data, sign out of all accounts, and factory reset your phone. Remove your SIM card and memory card. Package your phone securely and post it using our free tracked Royal Mail service.
Get Paid the Same Day
Once your phone arrives, our team checks it against your description. If everything matches, payment goes straight to your bank account on the same day. If there is a difference, we contact you with a revised offer first.
